PLEASE READ THE BELOW WARRANTY FOR DK2 RECONDITIONED ITEMS BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING.
(i) DK2 Inc. warrants to the purchaser of any DK2 product that it will be free and clear of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the original purchase.
(ii) Your 60-day warranty IS PARTS ONLY. IT DOES NOT cover “disposable parts” such as blades, teeth, hardware (nuts, bolts, springs, etc.), winch straps, cable or rope (winches), electrical (charging cables), belts, chains, tires, bearings or hub assemblies, plow springs, plow markers, plow snow deflectors, dust caps and scraper blades, as well as labor and installation charges, and delivery and/or shipping charges (unless due to DK2 error).
(iii) If within sixty (60) days (if your product has missing/damaged parts) from the original date of purchase, DK2 will replace, or supply any defective part at our option. Upon expiry of sixty (60) days, DK2 will have no further liability related to the product. DK2 does not authorize any party, including its authorized distributors or dealers, to offer any other warranty on behalf of DK2 Inc.
(iv) THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO:
(a) Damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling and abuse
(b) Improper installation, assembly, maintenance and storage
(c) Disposable parts as described in (ii)
(d) Normal wear and tear
(e) Consequential damage & incidental damages such as damage to persons or property
(f) Non-adherance to manual safety and warning precautions
WHAT DOES “RECONDITIONED” MEAN?
When DK2 products that are returned to our warehouse, they arrive with varying conditions.
- Damaged packaging - These products will most likely have cosmetic defects such as scratches and scrapes
- Assembled with a few minor defects - inspected and 100% functional
- Assembled and used - inspected and 100% functional
RECONDITIONED PRICING
DK2 Reconditioned Products are all priced to include LTL (Less-than-truck-load) delivery and includes Residential and Curbside Liftgate Service.

DK2 will not accept the return of any DK2 Reconditioned Products purchased.
